About Our Aggregated Data
We display aggregated prices in over 150 different fiat currencies and in Bitcoin. Prices are updated real-time on a continuous basis. Our aggregated prices are calculated by using volume-weighted average price (VWAP). Prices are converted and displayed in the fiat currency selected.
Since most cryptocurrencies are only traded against Bitcoin, and don't have any fiat markets, we calculate the last price for those currencies by using a formula that includes using the BTC-USD market.
The aggregated last price is based on last price from all exchanges and markets we receive data from.
The percentage change is based on the change in the aggregated price from the previous closing day price at 23:59:59 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
High (24 hr)
The 24-hour high is the highest aggregated price for the current day between 0:00:00 and 23:59:59 UTC
Low (24 hr)
The 24-hour low is the lowest aggregated price for the current day between 0:00:00 and 23:59:59 UTC
Volume (24 hr)
The 24-hour volume, in the fiat currency selected, is the current day's trade volume between 0:00:00 and 23:59:59 UTC multiplied by the current aggregated price.
