About Our Aggregated Data
We display aggregated prices in over 150 different fiat currencies and in Bitcoin. Prices are updated real-time on a continuous basis. Our aggregated prices are calculated by using volume-weighted average price (VWAP). Prices are converted and displayed in the fiat currency selected.
Since most cryptocurrencies are only traded against Bitcoin, and don't have any fiat markets, we calculate the last price for those currencies by using a formula that includes using the BTC-USD market.
Last Price
The aggregated last price is based on last price from all exchanges and markets we receive data from.
